Class Cancellation Policy
All classes require a 12-hour cancellation notice. Cancelling class within the 12 hours results in losing your class credit.Canceling classes can be done through our app or on our website.
Class Expirations
Grip Socks
Grip socks are required for all classes. They add an extra level of support and stability to the exercise. If you do not have any grip socks, there will be some for sale at our studio!
Waitlist
Registering for a waitlist is treated the same as registering for a class. If you are moved from the waitlist into the class, we expect you will be arriving. If you know ahead of time that you will not be able to make the class, please remove yourself to avoid losing your class credit.
Our waitlists do move! Feel free to put yourself on a waitlist and expect to get into class.
