Class Cancellation Policy
All classes require a 12-hour cancellation notice. Cancelling class within the 12 hours results in losing your class credit.Canceling classes can be done through our app or on our website. All sales are final, No refunds.
Class Expirations
All packages have an expiration date which is listed under individual packages.
Waitlist
Registering for a waitlist is treated the same as registering for a class. If you are moved from the waitlist into the class, we expect you will be arriving. If you know ahead of time that you will not be able to make the class, please remove yourself to avoid losing your class credit.
Our waitlists do move! Feel free to put yourself on a waitlist and expect to get into class.
Arriving Late
All classes begin on time. You should arrive to class 5-10 minutes before start time, allowing you time to get settled and clear your mind. Every program is designed to include muscle warm up which helps to prevent injury, therefore late arrivals are not permitted.
Doors close 3 minutes after class start time. No entry permitted after doors close.
Late arrivals are not permitted. There is a 3 minute grace period.
